AS I was going into Warrington market last week, I noticed a sign on the door saying No Smoking, so as I am a smoker I immediately put my cigarette out. While I was walking round the market I looked to see if anyone else was smoking and during 15 minutes I noticed one person smoking and this was an assistant on a food stall - outside the stall but still inside the building. Was this person not told or just not bothered?
