I WOULD like to congratulate the Parks Department for their magnificent display of flowers in and around Northwich, truly magnificent.
Also, the development of the alcove opposite the Marks & Spencer entrance which has been well used by people relaxing during the spell of recent good weather.
As a town they do us proud.
