A SUPERB 90 from Chas Robey was the icing on the cake as Northwich's batsmen went run crazy against Heaton Mersey Village.
Excellent batting and loose bowling allowed Northwich to reach 248-5 in 38 overs, a lead which they never looked like throwing away.
Robey's excellent innings was supported well by Ant Shaw's 55 and 40 from club president Martin O'Neill.
HMV proved no match for Northwich's attack as Shaw weighed in with 5-24 and Robey snatched two wickets of his own for just one run.
Pace setters Hartford extended their lead at the top of Division Two with a 123 run victory over Mossley.
Hartford batted first on a difficult track but the openers soon got to grips with the conditions and began piling on the runs.
Martin Pickup and Rob Whittle both made 28 as Hartford reached the 100 mark inside 15 overs.
Chris Swain then virtually wrapped up the game on his own with a stunning 85 before being last man out in the 37th over.
The Hartford attack took early wickets but a spirited display by Mossley's middle order looked like spoiling Hartford's party.
Dave Elliott made the breakthrough, eventually ending with 4-19 as Mossley collapsed to 87 all out, as the league leaders secured another 25-point win.
Kingsley shared the points with Wistaston. Ollier took 3-28 and White 3-35 as Wistaston made 144-8.
Kingsley never looked in danger of throwing the game away and went on to confortably make 126-8 to take the draw.
