THE National Trust's reaction to Manchester Airport made my blood boil.
It is nonsense for the Trust to say that there is nothing that can be done with regards to the felling of trees.
May I remind the Trust that the land entrusted to them is our land and that they should look after it for future generations.
May I also remind them that as far as protests go, no company or person or Government or council is too big and powerful to take on.
