They call Kevin Smith Vale Royal's Invisible Man, but he and his firm Topspec Computers is making a huge impact on PC users across Cheshire. For Kevin can repair your business PC or check your system at home without actually being there.
"It's really weird seeing the cursor moving across your PC monitor, darting this way and that without actually controlling it," said one Topspec customer.
Kevin added: "Obviously there are times when the engineer has to be on site to carry out a repair, but I would say 70 or 80% of software problems can be sorted out using one of the remote access systems we use."
Kevin, who operates his business from the family home in Winsford.
"I'm quite happy with the Invisible Man tag, after all it is the ideal way to carry out a PC repair, no mess, no fuss, nobody," he said.
