Wins by Ray Goodhand, 21-5, Alf Clemo and Martin Maxfield, 21-9, helped Touchers A to an 8-7 success at Pierpoints A.

Woolston B are the new leaders in Section D after a 12-2 win over Rylands C included T. Hardman's 21-3 card. J. Burke replied 21-9.

Saracens A are second following a 10-4 win against GESM B. R. Sherratt and D. Forbes shared the sweep with 21-6 wins.

Post Office defeated third placed Greenalls 8-6. John McKay took the sweep 21-5.

Ronnie Banks' 21-5 helped Red Lion B to a 9-5 victory over Richmonds B.

Saracens B stayed top of Section E after 10-5 joy at St. Albans. S. Brien took the sweep 21-11. A. Whittaker replied 21-9.

Second placed Fiddlers Ferry won 9-6 at Monk Sports B. J. Fleming's 21-8 was best.

Mike O'Reilly's 21-4 win helped Brooklands B to a 9-5 success against Pierpoints B. T. Newens was their best winner, 21-5.

Kings Club deflated Smithys 9-5 with J. Smith taking the sweep 21-3.

Orford WM's 12-2 win over Grange C kept them top of Section F. Joe Maher took the sweep 21-7.

E. Garner, 21-6 and J. Worrall, 21-8, helped Transport B to an 8-6 victory over Tetley C. B. Broughton replied 21-3.

Crosfields B had a 10-4 success over Bank Quay. J. Summerfield took the sweep 21-7. S. Dickenson returned the same score for the visitors.

J. Green and T. Rose won 21-11 each as Alford B defeated Stag B 10-5.
