HAVING got many things for girls, I was unable to find affordable toys and games for boys, to fill my parcel for the Kosovo children. I asked at a local charity shop. The staff were great and found me some good quality cars and games and I know they charged me a minimal amount.
In the Market I explained why I wanted lots of small bags of sweets and one of the ladies (possibly the owner?) paid for and gave me a large bag of lollipops. These acts of kindness really touched me and I went home with a spring in my step. Many thanks to all concerned.
