A TOP UK company is relocating its headquarters to Halton's flagship business location at Daresbury Park.
Eutech, one of the country's leading asset management and operations consultants, will be the first business to open on the new site next summer, creating 300 jobs.
The move was welcomed by Halton council leader Tony McDermott.
He said: "Daresbury Park is a brilliant location for companies like Eutech.
"We're confident that this first announcement will be the first of many which will confirm its status as a top flight international business location."
The company, which currently has its corporate HQ at Brunner House, Northwich, has clients across the world.
Eutech employs around 1,000 people in the North West and North East of England.
