'ACROSS Mid-Cheshire' is holding a fund-raising weekend in the Somerfield car park in Middlewich.
Across is a national charity that raises money for disabled people.
Its local branch called Across Mid-Cheshire aims to raise money to take local disabled people on a holiday.
Last year the charity raised £17,500 and took a group to Rome.
In August next year they are planning a trip to Austria and EuroDisney in Paris.
During the holiday each person has a 24 hour able-bodied helper and there is also a medical team on hand. Sue Bailey from Across Mid-Cheshire said: "Obviously, this necessary help is expensive and so there will be lots of fund-raising. We need to raise over £15,000."
The fun starts at 4pm on Friday and continues all day Saturday from 9am.
There will be lots of activities, people in fancy dress and the giant ambulance, Jumblers.
"Local people can come and join the fun and see how the money raised is spent," added Sue.
There will also be tickets on sale for a charity Chinese Banquet at the Middlewich Alhambra.
For details or banquet tickets contact Sue Bailey on 01606 834264 or Peter Cox on 01606 835371.
