Widnes St Michael's u13 36
THREE wins out of three for St Mike's, who came up against a spirited St Helens side whose effort was not matched on the score sheet.
Widnes moved the ball well and two identical moves saw Kevin Leadbetter go over twice on the corner with David Noone kicking two touchline conversions.
Scott Myler went over from close-range to make an 0-18 half-time score.
Strong running in the second-half saw Robert Smith get his reward with a 50 yard run to the line before David Espisito got his touchdown.
Noone added one more conversion to an Adam Gill try and Jamie Walsh completed the scoring from centre.
This win gives St Michael's added confidence when they face Wigan St Judes in a tough match next weekend.
