BEER lovers are in for three nights of exotic liquid refreshment when Warrington Rotary Club holds its annual beer festival at the Parr Hall next weekend.
A radical range of real ale from over 30 different breweries will feature in the weekend's programme including strange brews from West Yorkshire and Sussex.
Ale aficionados can sample a dazzling variety of tipples, from Guzzling Goose and Snecklifter to Stud and Dishy Debbie!
On Friday evening, entertainment will be provided by Irish Folk-Rock band Porter, followed on Saturday night by classic rock and pop outfits No Stamp Required and The Embers.
The event will help raise money for: The Paramedics Defibrillator Appeal, Youth Action Partnership, Warrington Special Care Baby Unit, Tim Parry/Jonathan Ball Trust and Shopmobility
Entrance costs £2 before 7pm and £3 after.
Oktoberfest '99 kicks off on Thursday October 21 and will be officially opened by Mayor of Warrington, Clr Tom Swift, at 7pm.
