WINSFORD firm Henkel has been nominated in the 1999 Management Today Best Factory Awards - also known as manufacturing's version of the Oscars.
The prestigious awards take account of every aspect of the plant, including cost structure, flexibility, customer service, training and new product introduction.
Out of 1,000 company sites entered in the Best Factory competition, Henkel is one of 15 finalists who received a full day visit by the judging panel before being selected for the final short-list.
Winners will be announced at London's Savoy Hotel on Wednesday, October 27.
