'WHAT matters to you?' is the question county councillors want people to answer.
Now they are going to ask that question to people in Winsford and Middlewich - in a bid to find out how our Council Tax should be spent.
Public meetings are taking place on November 2, at 6.30pm, at Middlewich Civic Hall, and on November 4, at 2pm; and at Winsford Civic Hall on November 8 from 2pm.
Cheshire County Council leader Derek Bateman said: "Our aim has always been to strike the right balance between providing the service that people want at a cost which local taxpayers are willing to pay.
"This series of meetings should mean we are as well informed of what local people regard as important as it is possible for us to be."
People are urged to go along to the meetings to highlight what local services are important to them.
