CHESHIRE will be aiming to make it a record four titles in a row when they compete in the Veterans County Premier Division Table Tennis Championship this weekend.
The first leg of the two-part event takes place at St Nicholas High School, Northwich, on Saturday and Sunday, with 35 of the country's top players representing their counties.
FORMER European table tennis champion John Hilton is being lined up to boost Cheshire's chances of winning the Veterans County Premier Division Championship title for a record fourth time in a row.

Super-fit Hilton, now 50 years old, is playing as well as ever and is still holding his own among players many years his junior.
This week he moved up 10 places in the national senior rankings to return to the top 20 for the first time in years.

Northwich pair Mike Johns and his brother Brian will spearhead the county's defence, and with Hilton and Stockport's Doreen Schofield also in the side, they have a formidable line-up.
Cheshire take on Kent on Saturday, followed by a double date on Sunday when they play Dorset and Yorkshire.
