WHEN police boxed in motorist Seven Warburton on a town centre car park in Crewe they found more than shopping in his car.
For the two officers, in an unmarked police car, uncovered more than £100 worth of heroin divided into street deals and £279 in cash when they searched the car they had cornered on the Argos car park.
Later, at Warburton's home in Frank Bott Avenue, they found scales, plastic bags and other items linked to drug dealing.
On Monday, at Knutsford Crown Court, 25 -year-old Warburton was jailed for a total of three years.
He had admitted possessing the drug with intent to supply and also two counts of receiving property stolen in local burglaries.
Peter Moss, prosecuting, said the stolen property found at his home included a £1,300 hi fi system and part of a £3,500 CD collection.,
For Warburton, Mr Mark le Brocq said the defendant had only bought the drug in Winsford about ten minutes before his arrest. He only sold drugs to friends to help fund his own addiction.
Judge Geoffrey Kilfoil ordered the cash and a mobile phone to be confiscated and used in the fight against drugs.
