WITH reference to the letter "Councillors can't hide away" from Councillors Janet and Bob Mather, could I make five further comments on this issue.
I did not insist on remaining anonymous.
I did not require all answers to be ones that were hoped for.
My initial letter and question on September 8 did not deal with one specific issue, ie the dumping of toxic industrial waste in the Winsford Salt Mine.
Most of our councillors do appear, on certain issues, to be far from open and forthcoming.
Obviously no-one intends to answer my initial question. But at least I did receive a long awaited response.
