IT has been brought to my attention that Manweb are proposing to construct a line of pylons across the Cheshire countryside from Lostock Gralam to Lymm via Marston, Great Budworth, Arley and High Legh.
I should like to register my objection to this project.
Much has been done to keep the village of Great Budworth and the surrounding area, including Marbury, Arley Hall and Pickmere, an idyllic rural setting where people can come to appreciate this picturesque corner of Cheshire.
A line of pylons through this area will cancel out all that has been accomplished.
