IN reply to Mr Watt's letter - these elderly people, to whom you refer, are somebody's mum and dad, maybe even yours.
Remember when you are old - and one day you will be, if you are lucky - don't ever go out on a Saturday. In fact somebody with your uncaring attitude would be better off staying at home every day.
Let's hope you stay fit and healthy and are able to go dashing around the shops on the day of your choice without causing any inconvenience to others!
But please remember don't ever get into a routine and do your washing on a Monday, eat fish on a Friday and shop on a Saturday because there will always be a small minority of pig-headed people who won't like it!
Isn't it sad that some people have no respect for the rights of others?
