The King Street premises - formerly The Kitchen Range and Margaret-Anne Interiors - have been empty since the early summer.
But on Monday Patrick Franks, of Wrather and Co, agents for owners Centerlease, said both had now been let.
"We feel the new tenants will provide a quality of product reflecting the area and will provide the necessary investment to succeed," he said.
The jewellery shop is expected to open next month. The tile shop - currently being renovated with original Georgian panelling found at 119 King Street - will open early next year. Mr Franks said he could not disclose who the new tenants were, but said they had been chosen from a number of rivals.
