GOLFERS in Winsford are due for a treat as Knights Grange's Golf Course will open as an 18-hole course in September.
The already popular nine-hole course now has an extra nine holes which are a challenge to even the most skilled golfer.
The new holes take the player into the countryside with beautiful views of the course, with the main feature being 'The Ocean', a new water trap.
Lead Councillor for Leisure Brian Lloyd said: "I am delighted that we are now able to offer a high quality 18-hole golf course to residents and visitors to the area.
"I am sure it will give Winsford the boost it deserves."
The course will open officially on Thursday, September 7 with a round costing from £6.
