Mill Brow SC Summer Pool League

PRESENTATION night is on Friday, September 29 at Our Lady's and it would be appreciated if all trophy winners were able to attend.

Tickets are now on sale priced at £2 each and are available from the league secretary.

Winter League registrations have to be handed in at September 5 meeting at Simms Cross.

Any new teams who would be interested, please make contact with the league secretary.

Teams once again failing to phone in results on match night and non-attendance at monthly meetings are not helping the league run as it should.

Further action will be taken in the forthcoming winter season in order to bring these teams into line.

The junior boys/girls pool section are holding a singles and, time allowing, speed pool competition on Sunday, August 13 at the Sun Inn at 12.30pm.

Even though there is already a regular intake of players at every monthly competition, it is a case of 'the more the merrier'.

With all standards accepted and with some of the young talent on display, why not pop along and have a look and then give it a try?
