What does the Tory candidate, Mr Osborne, say about this (and don't give us the tired old excuses that you would welcome 'genuine' victims of oppression?)
Ms Dzierzek is a shining example of the benefits we all derive from economic and political refugees.
Her outstanding contribution to education in Cheshire would not have happened if her parents had been refused entry.
Having just been a patient at both Macclesfield and Wythenshawe hospitals, I don't know how the NHS would survive without the consultants, doctors, nurses and ancillary staff from the Middle and Far East and the West Indies who, together with our many British staff, help to provide the care.
We are all such a mixture of races anyway that it seems vindictive to deny access to people who would otherwise have little hope of a reasonable life.
