WARRINGTON-based United Utilities has appointed Hugh Logan as managing director of its Norweb Telecom business.
Mr Logan, 50, was previously director of sales and services with BT Cellnet where he oversaw the acquisition of Martin Dawes. He joins Norweb Telecom as it prepares for a partial flotation.
Hugh is married with two children and lives in Warrington. He is based at Norweb Telecom's Manchester offices.
