WINSF'RDS cybercafe at Willow Wood Community Centre will hopefully become permanent if the necessary funding is found.
Nick Carter from Crook Lane and Wharton Gardens Tenants and Residents Association said: The cybercafe has proved to be successful and we are trying to sort out long term funding so it can continue.
We have applied to the European Social Fund, while Mid Cheshire College are examining the possibility of an open learning centre, he added.
The cybercafe scheme has already been extended for six extra weeks after having many positive knock on effects.
The cybercafe is open from 5pm until 9pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
