Who do these people think they are? What evidence do they have

that this little girl was in danger? What evidence did the Social Services

provide to the court to result in the gross mismanagement of this case?

Social Services fear no criticism, despite the many reports of their

misconduct in the past they appear to carry on regardless. What a heavy

handed approach to adopt in taking a young child from her home. Totally

unnecessary. I doubt very much that this was standard procedure. However the

fact that they arrived early is evidence of their panic management, which is

not a good sign that they actually know what they are doing, or even that

they have the interests of the child as a priority.

Has any one thought about the Human Rights Act that is currently in force but

becomes fully active on October 2nd.

I know that all Government Departments, Courts, and large business's have

been looking at this act over the last six months to see how it will, or

could affect them in their dealings with the Public and Consumers. I would

recommend that the Representatives of the Grandparents look at this act very

closely because it could be extremely useful to them.

Tonight I think about that little girl and hope that she finds her

grandparents in her dreams. I am greatly saddened that a Department and a

Court determined to show their power did so at the expense of a child's

happiness.

I wish the Windmill Grandparents every success. I pray that some-one with the

legal knowledge comes to their aid and turns this terrible chain of events

around.

Good Luck.
