BRITISH decathlete Jamie Quarry disclosed some of his racing tips to Halton youngsters this week.
He led an indoor coaching session at Brookvale recreation centre in Runcorn.
Jamie - who will be competing in the 10 event decathlon in this year's Sydney Olympics - taught children a variety of skills he has picked up during his successful sporting career.
The coaching session was organised as part of Halton Council's Planet Kids playscheme.
Sponsored by Edison Mission Energy, the playscheme is open to children in Brookvale and Norton recreation centres throughout the summer holidays.
