CAR cruise fans were given speeding fines during their fifth unauthorised event in Northwich.
For several months residents and shop owners claim to have been plagued by the cruises where motorists perform stunts on car parks in the town.
More than 400 people attended the latest monthly event at Baron's Quay and Marks and Spencer car parks, near Leicester Street.
And police reported a handful of drivers for speeding.
Supt Chris Richards attended the cruise with two patrol cars and fixed penalty tickets were issued to some of the drivers speeding in and out of the car park on Sunday night, September 3.
He said: "One of the speeds registered was between 60 and 70mph which could result in an immediate disqualification."
Despite the speeding offences police and council officials are still considering an authorised venue for the cruises.
