WISTASTON batsman Ron Bedson put Audlem's bowlers to the sword on Saturday scoring a boundary laden 103 not out in a mere 70 minutes.

Bedson hit 9 sixes and 7 fours and was well supported by Neil Steadman (65) as Wistaston declared on 232 for 3.

Roger Connerty also made 40 before Bedson came to the crease.

After tea Audlem were on the back foot after early wickets fell for Cogger and Neale who shared six between them.

Audlem were dismissed for 134 to leave Wistaston the winners by 98 runs.
