HIT comedy Fat Friends may have captured the nation's imagination - but a group of super slimmers from Middlewich could show the stars a thing or two.
Set in a slimming club, the ITV series showed the highs and lows of the members, including their moments of weight losing success.
But six of the best at a Middlewich weight watchers have done even better - losing over 370 pounds between them.
Sue Thomason, who runs the group, said: "Everyone watches Fat Friends - though I hope I'm nothing like the leader!
"But the programme has hit the nail on the head with several things. The group here has all worked hard and I'm really pleased for them."
