Top Hartford stylist embarks on a new venture
TOP stylist Paul Quinn is celebrating this week - after opening his first salon.
Paul, 33, from Whitehart Gardens in Hartford, has conducted masterclasses at hair/fashion shows in Milan and Genoa.
For the past few years he has headed Knutsford's Jason Lea hairdressers, but has now left to set up his own salon.
And it promises to be an 'exciting experience in hairdressing'.
"We want to make the whole experience very relaxed, with long appointment times, and offering everything from cappucinos to cold beers and red wine," he said.
His new salon, called TownsendQuinn&Harper, is based in Alderley Road, Wilmslow, and has been set up in partnership with stylist Stacey Harper and businessman Matt Townsend.
And Paul's clients certainly think his new venture will be a great success.
"My clients are very loyal and supportive," he said. "One travels from as far as Anglesey and others come from Oswestry, Prestatyn and the Chester area."
Paul's career began as an apprentice which later led to his appointment as assistant manager at Headmasters of Weybridge.
Chester's Andrew Collinge salon snapped him up as its style director in 1992 - and he also became a senior lecturer at the Liverpool Academy.
This was followed in 1995 by his appointment as managing director of Raymond and Jason's new salon in Knutsford, now Jason Lea.
His new salon opened on Saturday, November 18. For an appointment ring 01625 549900 or log on at www.tqandh.com
