POLICE are appealing for information about the owner or driver of a car abandoned after a crash in Winwick Road.
The accident, involving three cars, happened opposite PLP Motors at around 2.30pm on Saturday, December 16.
But immediately after the collision, the two occupants of one of the vehicles, a Red Ford Fiesta XR2 with the registration G959 RBA, ran from the scene.
One person from one of the other vehicles was injured in the crash and traffic police are keen to find out more about the Fiesta's occupants.
