A KIND hearted 13-year-old was so touched after reading about leukaemia victim Sophie Edmonds' appeal in the Winsford Guardian last week she donated money.
Sophie's family is very grateful to Amanda O'Sullivan for coming forward with funds to go towards a trip to Walt Disney World in Florida.
Amanda said: "I've known Sophie was unwell for a while now but I read the Guardian and went around to see her with £15.90.
"I asked a few friends if they would help and they all put money in."
Two-year-old Sophie is going through gruelling treatment and her family want to reward her bravery by taking her to Florida for a dream holiday at the end of it all.
If any organisations or individuals would like to help with sponsorship and donations they would be much appreciated.
If anyone can help please ring Steph Campbell-Briggs on 01606 862320.
