WINSFORD swimmers achieved 18 personal best times between them at the first North Midlands Age Group Gala at Macclesfield over the weekend.
Ashley Walton, 11, lowered his mark in both his events, winning gold in the freestyle and a silver in the backstroke.
Lucie Tetley swam in the freestyle event, clocking a personal best time and collecting a silver medal.
Oliver Gaskell qualified for the 11 year freestyle final, finishing 8th, while David Anderson and Ryan Morris both gained places in their age group breaststroke finals, coming 5th and 6th respectively.
Other PBs were: 10yrs butterfly - Jack Millington; 10yrs backstroke - Kieran Kinvig, George Charlton, Jack Millington, Charlotte Buckley.
100m freestyle - 11yrs, Robert Charlton, Ashley Walton; 12yrs, Stephanie Buckley, Lucie Tetley; 13yrs, David Sommerville, Scott Bennett; open, Richard Forster.
200m breaststroke 14 yrs - Ceri Morris; 200m individual medley 13yrs - Kerry Harrison 100m backstroke 11yrs - Oliver Gaskell, Ashley Walton.
Reserve finalists were Jack Millington, Stephanie Buckley and Oliver Gaskell, other swimmers on the day were Corinne Kinvig and Adam Sommerville
