A MUSIC-FILLED fairy tale is being brought to life for children in the Nantwich area.
The Hans Christian Anderson classic, 'Nanna's Nightmare', is to be performed at Acton Village Hall.
The show is touring Cheshire as part of the County's Rural Touring Network winter programme.
It is being performed on Friday, January 26, and is aimed at three to seven-year-olds and their families.
The performance revolves around new next door neighbour Nanna Sidhu as she shows a group of children the importance of storytelling.
County Cllr, Margaret Melrose said: "The show is fulfilling the growing need to bring high quality events to outlying areas.
"The Network is bringing theatre to families, nurseries and pre-school groups in rural places.
"I am sure it will delight children and their families and I would stress that it is important to book as soon as possible," she added.
The play is being supported by the county council, district councils and the North West Arts Board.
