KNUTSFORD 2ND...8
Manchester Indians...0
KNUTSFORD'S second team carried on where they left off before Christmas on Saturday when they entertained Manchester Indians at the leisure centre.
Missing a couple of key players they knew they would have to start well.
It was the home team who started brighter and it wasn't long before Ian Malcolm scored the first goal.
Captain Piers Fielding and Mark Yarwood both grabbed a goal each to give Knutsford a 3-0 lead at half-time.
The second-half continued in the same vein as Knutsford upped the tempo with some good possession and crisp passing.
Fielding and Malcolm took it in turns to score and both completed their hat tricks.
At 7-0 Knutsford were cruising, but there was still time for man-of-the-match Fielding to score his fourth to leave Knutsford comfortable 8-0 winners.
Next week they travel to local rivals Sale hoping to continue their good run of form.
