POLICE are still waiting to question a 46-year-old Oldham man in connection with the murder of Ryan Hetherington, a week after his body was discovered in Burtonwood.
Inquiries have been stalled as the man is receiving medical attention, but once this is complete, a probe into Mr Hetherington's death will continue.
Julie Barker, 41, also known as Julie Crawford, who originates from Henley Street in Chadderton but who has recently been residing at Winpenny House, made no plea when she appeared before Oldham magistrates charged with Mr Hetherington's murder on Monday and was remanded in police custody.
Mr Hetherington's dismembered body was discovered in the boot of a red Volkswagen Polo which ploughed into an embankment on the M62 on Wednesday night.
A 33-year-old man from Oldham was questioned by police and released on bail. Another 51-year-old man from Oldham has also been bailed in connection with the same inquiry.
Barker is due to appear before magistrates for a second time on Monday.
