TWO men are being hunted after robbing a 96-year-old Nantwich woman in her home.
The incident happened early on Saturday evening when the two men broke into the house at Station View in Nantwich.
The elderly lady had been put to bed by her carer but was disturbed when the men broke in through a window at around 8pm.
The men told the victim to stay in bed before conducting a thorough search of the house.
The offenders escaped with cash and also damaged the window through which they gained entry.
Police are asking anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area on Saturday night or Sunday morning to contact Crewe CID on 500222.
