CRACKING performances can be assured from Crewe Amateur Operatic Society's partners in crime.
Together off set, Claire Thompson and James Davidson share centre stage for the first time in the society's latest production of "Annie Get Your Gun".
Both are well known in the area for leading roles with Claire starring as Margie in the group's production of "State Fair" while James recently played Billis in "South Pacific" for three different societies.
The duo are excited at the prospect of teaming up on stage.
"Although we have sung and danced together in chorus parts, this will be quite a different experience," said Claire.
"We are able to get lots of extra rehearsal time at home so we should be on top of the parts on opening night," added James.
The show opens at the Lyceum Theatre, Crewe from Tuesday evening, March 13 to Saturday, March 17.
Shooting stars! Claire Thompson and James Davidson.
