NUNS are not usually in the habit of parading the streets of Warrington in a mad-capped manner - but these two had a special reason.
They were promoting the arrival of the fun-filled, hilarious comedy play Sing-a-Long-a-Sound-of-Music at the Parr Hall.
On Thursday, February 1, for one night only, Warrington's premier performance venue will host the play, which takes the classic film musical and turns it on its head.
Adding elements of panto, the characters dress up in outrageous costumes and even encourage the audience to 'boo' the bad guys.
And even subtitles are provided so everyone can sing along!
