A MILKMAN was threatened with an eight-inch kitchen knife and robbed of his takings in Callands on Friday night.
He was collecting money from his customers when a man grabbed him, dragged him into a wood and threatened to kill him if he didn't hand over his cash bag, which contained £100.
The robber struck after the milkman walked out of a house on Lampeter Close just after 5.30pm.
He grabbed the milkman from behind and bustled him into a wooded area then stole his takings and ran off, leaving him with a two-inch cut on his hand.
Anyone who drove past while the attack was taking place, or who knows who the robber is, is asked to contact detectives in Warrington.
The robber is white, aged around 18, 5ft 10in tall, of medium build and with a round face.
He was wearing a black, woollen hat with a red and white motif, a black scarf with red writing on it pulled over his face, a threequarter-length blue and yellow bubble jacket and black jeans.
