COUNTY council chiefs are asking for feedback from the disabled in South Cheshire in a bid to improve services.
The aim is to examine just how well the council responds to the varying needs of the county's severely disabled.
The review of services will concentrate on people under 65 years of age who have lived with severe learning and/or physical disability since childhood.
Locality manager, Keith Evans, is concerned that some could be slipping through the net.
"If this review is to be as successful as we hope, it is vital that we reach as many people as possible to get their views," Mr Evans explained.
"The county council has a duty to deliver a range of servies which in many cases make a big difference in terms of quality of life to the people who receive it," he added.
The consultation will take the form of informal workshops and focus groups with special contacts being set up to receive calls.
People who would like their views noted can contact 0151 357 4520.
Sue Proctor of social services added: "The big question we want answered is 'Could more be done to improve our standards or raise our efficiency?'."
