HE went to New York and beat a Bronx boy in a fist fight - and lived to tell the tale.
Now the Americans have come over to Britain and Brett Mankee won his rematch against Akbar Mohamed in Spalding, Lincolnshire, last Saturday.
The 31-year-old Hartford cruiserweight boxer representing the English Police Boxing League, secured a four rounds points decision in a bruising tactical contest.
"It was far more tactical than last time," said Brett.
"We both used the ring and it was more skilful. Last time it was just a brawl," added Brett.
