THREE Scouts from Warrington East District have been selected to represent the UK at the Boy Scouts of America National Jamboree this summer.
James Taylor, aged 16, Richard Taylor, aged 14, from Hollins Green Scout Group, and John Andrews, aged 15, from Woolston Scout Group, will travel out to Fort AP Hill, West Virginia, USA, from July 23 to August 1.
They will be members of a patrol of eight Scouts and one Scout Leader from Cheshire. President George W Bush will open the event, which is held every four years.
