VICTIM Support, a group which helps victims of crime in Warrington and across the north west, is looking for volunteers.
The group needs people who are willing to help with administration in the office, at Warrington police station, for a few hours each day.
Interviews will be held in Warrington and any prospective helpers will be subject to a police check, as the nature of the work is highly confidential.
Volunteers do not need any special qualifications, as full training is given, but keyboard skills would be an advantage.
The group is also looking to recruit more visitors for victims of crime in their homes, and anyone who is a good listener with one or two days to spare each week is asked to get in touch.
Again, police checks will be carried out and associated expenses will be paid for both positions. For more information on either of the posts, call Sue Connelly on 419339.
