CHESHIRE HAWTHORNE are through to the semi-finals of Warrington Sunday Soccer League's Premier Cup after a hard-fought 2-1 victory against North Cheshire Celtic.

A Gary Woodier strike gave Celtic the lead but Hawthorne hit back with goals by Gary heath and Gary Lawless, earning them a semi-final meeting with Greenwood Star Alarms.
