Tetley Walker...1

TETLEY Walker extended their unbeaten streak to 10 games.
Both Tetley and Atherton created enough chances to win an entertaining game at Long Lane.
Tetley midfielder Gary Bickerstaffe struck the bar in the 13th minute after a strong run.
In the 27th Tetley centre back Andy Flood conceded a penalty and was sent off for a second yellow card in the 75th minute.
New goalkeeper Paul Williams, signed earlier in the day from Runcorn, pulled off an outstanding save to deny Hardman from the penalty spot.
A minute into the second half the referee spotted a push by Atherton's goalkeeper on a Tetley player and awarded the second penalty of the game.
Tetley hot shot Neal Smith coolly slotted the ball home from the spot.
Barry Edwardson was denied by a magnificent save by Atherton's 'keeper and in the last minute hit the post. Steve Ellaby should have scored in injury time but his shot flew over the bar.
Tetley were reduced to 10 men in the 75th minute when Flood was shown his second yellow card.
On Saturday Walker travel to Chadderton for a 3pm kick-off.
