CONGLETON will be awash with colour this summer thanks, in part, to the support of Dane Housing.
The company is donating baskets of flowers for the Bromley Farm in Bloom project and a similar scheme in Buglawton.
The floral support is part of the company's local sponsorship scheme, which this year is supporting 14 groups and projects.
Congleton Rotary Club will receive help to enable high school students to take part in a mock job application.
The sponsorship initiative will enable the town's Duke of Edinburgh award scheme to buy camping equipment, and Congleton Youth Project to produce 2,000 leaflets designed by school children.
Congleton Youth in Action will provide a workshop and training event for volunteers thanks to the help, and Stephenson Day Centre will be able to lay on a day trip for members and other pensioners.
Scholar Green Pre-School Playgroup will receive help to develop the education of children under four, and Somerford Kindergarten will use the sponsorship support to buy essential equipment.
