NORTHWICH Rotarians are gearing up to make a splash for charity with a swimathon this weekend.
There are 42 teams entered, including the Rotarians' own team the Loose Cogs, with a total of more than 250 swimmers.
Each team will aim for a minimum of 50 lengths in a bid to raise as much as £8,000.
Rotary Club spokesman Mike Dye said: "Spectators are all welcome and we would urge people to come and support their team."
The swimathon is on Saturday, March 31 and Sunday, April 1, from 5.30pm, at Moss Farm Swimming Pool.
