CONGLETON'S own professional opera company is set for the return of talented antipodean singers.
Rossini's comic masterpiece The Barber of Seville is being staged at Clonter Opera on April 27 and 28 and May 2, 3 and 4.
Returning is New Zealander Jonathan Lemalu, winner of the Llangollen International Eisteddfod and Clonter Opera Prize winner 2000, and Australian Grant Doyle.
Appearing with them will be a newcomer to Clonter, New Zealander Jared Holt.
