A LEFTWICH teenager has appeared at Chester Crown Court accused of death by dangerous driving after a mother and child died on March 31.
Mark Andrew Platt, of Cockington Close, has been charged with two counts of death by dangerous driving and possession of cannabis.
Platt, a machine operator at Morrison's in Rudheath, was given bail to an address in Yorkshire on condition that he stays with his aunt and attends a police station daily.
The case was adjourned to Chester Crown Court on June 11.
